Month Goals.

Setting.

  • Lose 5 lbs (hopefully more) by Christmas (by exercising more)
  • Start making food again (instead of going out to eat)
  • Eat fast food less (1 time a week, if any)
  • Keep my room and car clean (they tend to get messy when I get busy)
  • Get good grades on my finals (get only As, Bs)
  • No hook ups (good luck on this one!)
